o Project Leket - Gleaning the Fields
Project Leket (founded 2005) is one of Israel's most dynamic volunteering projects. Every year, over 50,000 people enter the fields of farmers who have decided not to harvest their crops. Whatever the groups manage to glean Leket Israel distributes to non-profit organizations throughout Israel serving the needy.

o Food Rescue at night
Night-time food rescue (founded 2003) is Leket Israel first national project. Every night volunteers collect excess food from wedding and celebrations. They then distribute the food to local non-profit organizations. Leket Israel works with over 200 caterers and wedding halls, located throughout Israel.

o Food Rescue by day
(f. 2003) Every day, Leket Israel's trucks collect food from cafeterias, packing houses, food manufacturers, and more. The food is then distributed to over 180 non-profit organizations throughout Israel.

o Sandwiches for Schoolkids
(f. 2006) Using food rescued by Leket Israel's staff and volunteers, every morning volunteers prepare sandwiches for needy schoolchildren. Recently, we prepared our 1,000,000th sandwich!

o Afternoon Round-up
(f. 2008) In out newest project, we match up small business and cafeterias with local food banks, to ensure that every small amounts of food go to worthy causes..
